Software I developed:

•           Matlab toolbox “Longitudinal Analysis with Self-Registration” (LASR)     

This toolbox includes a series of matlab functions to analysis image data from pressure mapping, such as functions to image self-registraiton, intensity-based correlation registration, multidimensional kernel smoothing, local polynomial smoothing, FDR controling.

•           R library for modeling with Heterogeneous Autoregressive Error. In preparation, A beta version available.

This R library includes a function to simulate a univariate heterogeneous autoregressive time series; a function to fit a linear model with heterogeneous autoregressive error using generalized least squares; and other diagnostic functions.
